Welding and Fabrication

Withers Tool, Die and Manufacturing can manufacture many types of fabricated parts from various materials, including A36 HR steel and 304 SS. Many large fabrications are made from structural tubing, channel and beams. Burned plates are welded to structural pieces for mounting locations of other weldments or parts such as cylinders, brackets or bearings. Parts can be either vibratory or thermally stress relieved to reduce movement of material during machining operation. Parts up to 20,000 lbs. are easily handled with overhead cranes in most parts of the facility.
